To tell you my Aloe story I have to go back when I first heard aloe's name couple of years ago. "Why Aloe Vera?" this was the question I asked when I first heard the name of it. I didn't know anything about this amazing plant!

Aloe-Vera has been known for its Healing Power and Health Benefits for centuries. It has some cool names too! The most popular ones are "Plant of Immortality", "Natural Healer", "Medicinal Plant", "Miracle Plant" etc. But I was completely ignorant about it! Now more and more company adding drop of Aloe in everything starting from soap, shampoo, cream to even baby towel! So it's more known & Popular now.

Why Am I Sharing It?
Before I tell you my aloe story let's give you a little intro about it. Aloe Vera plant looks a lot like Cactus with fleshy thorny leaves but in-fact it belongs to Lily family (as onion, garlic & asparagus). The plant grows in warm & dry climate staying moist where others plants usually dry up or die. I didn't know all these wonderful things about Aloe. My Love Affair with Aloe started when after drinking & using it on my face for about 2 weeks my Acne started disappearing and after another 2-3 weeks it's completely gone! I was wondering how come I never heard about this plant before! Throughout last 4 years I have heard many other amazing stories about this wonder plant, beside my aloe story.

There are around 400 species of Aloe, but it is the Aloe Barbadensis Miller (Aloe Vera or "true aloe") plant which has been of most use to mankind because of the curative properties it displays. ***A word of caution***
Some Aloe might be poisonous! So please be careful when choosing your Aloe product or drinking Aloe. There are still many people who absolutely NEED to know about this plant but not getting the message. So I have decided to build this website totally dedicating to spread the Good News about Aloe Vera and why Aloe is so important for general well-being to prevent several health conditions. It is always best if you can grow Aloe Vera on your own- I've tried but couldn't keep it. It must be the cold weather of Canada! Aloe supposed to grow in warm & dry temperature. [On a side note]
Again brought Aloe Vera plant & it is over a month now, trying to grow it indoor --let's hope this one survives. If you are in a hot, dry country Good News for You! You can grow your Aloe naturally and use it! And if you are like me who don't have the opportunity to grow Aloe, I guess we have to rely upon the closest form of pure Aloe.
