Aloe Vera Recipes Make Delicious Smoothies
 


I am putting out some Aloe Vera Recipes for You to try. I've been drinking Aloe Vera for long time and when tried as Smoothie it is just yummy! And the Best part your Kids will love it too! It is best to take raw Aloe Vera gel but lets face it-- Aloe's taste is not that exciting! At least not for the people who is just starting to drink it. It's quiet challenging!
Now You can actually enjoy Aloe Vera as a delicious smoothie. You can get the inner gel of Aloe Vera from fresh Aloe leaf or get a bottle of Aloe Vera Gel, take 4 oz of Aloe to make your Smoothie. 4 oz is enough for your daily intake.
 
Here are some ideas for delicious Aloe Smoothies. Mix your favorite fruits and add 4 oz of Aloe Vera gel in it. You can add honey if you want sweeter taste (these smoothies taste sweet enough, so I didn't add honey). In my preparation of Aloe Smoothies I haven't added water but if you find it thick you can dilute it by adding little bit of water.
