Hi, My name is Sanjida creator of the Why Aloe Vera? site. This page is about me.

So I am going to share with you my personal and professional journey. Where did I started and where I am now...things like that.

First thing first - my name 'Sanjida' it's an Urdu name means Serious/ Sad... Well you can see my wide spread smile proofing it all wrong :)

By the way the handsome guy beside me..is my hubby Shafiq :) The picture was taken last year summer at Kamloops Paul Lake.

'Sanjida' is a very l..o..ng name for some people, so they make it shorter- Sanj, Sanji or Sanju and honestly... I don't mind at all! :)

I live in Kamloops a very beautiful small city of British Columbia, Canada with my beloved husband Shafiq. The mountains and lakes and rivers – all make this city like a Beautiful Painting!

To know more about me as a person you should know my hobbies, interests etc. Well here are the things I like. I like social networking, I use facebook mostly, like making videos for my youtube channel, gardening, reading books, writing, photography and..uuummmmm..kids! Love kids (I don't have my own yet-we're trying to get ours :)

About Me & My Professional Life

Now you know a little bit about me, I mean the personal life :) Professionally... I work at my home, sometimes in bed sometimes on couch taking the laptop and working on my website. I am not a strict routine person. So working at home in my own schedule is perfect!

Sometimes I work more than 10-12 hours or more a day ( and it is not only about me, when you do what you like and enjoy it doesn't seem like work-isn't it?) and some days I don't work at all (hay I can do that, Boss is me here!:)

You can do the same too. Choosing what you like to do, do it from home and make money- I wonder who wouldn't like to do that! The most important thing is to live your life in your own way. Not working 9-5 most of the life to pay the bills! You think it sounds too good to be true…? Well follow my story…

McDonald's Staff Turns into
A Network Marketer

I went to London, UK from Bangladesh as an International Student and to support my living expenses (London is pretty expensive as you know) I started working part-time.

Yes...I started working at McDonald's(2005, February) – my title was Dinning Area Crew & you guessed it right – moping, wiping and cleaning toilet all were My JOB.

I was not all too happy with it & was looking for a way to make a part-time income so I could leave that job. A girl working with me at that time shared about a Business opportunity - she thought I might be interested in.

"What? ...Business!!!? I am looking to earn part-time income. I don't have Big Money to start a Business! Are you kidding?"

Well after she informed that I didn't need Big Money to invest, I could work it on a part-time basis and I could get trained while earn --I thought "no harm to look at"...

And I started my Network Marketing career with the company named Forever Living Products, the very same week after attending their meeting (it was June, 2005). I've quit McDonald's the next month. It didn't replaced my part-time income immediately but I hated the job so much, I couldn't stand that anymore.

Lifetime journey started….or so I thought…

A Hard Reality Crashed
A Network Marketers Dream…

I was excited and learning all the skills a Network Marketer would need. Buying Books, CDs, DVDs, attending 2 weekly trainings religiously, attending seminars.....

I was doing prospecting, presenting my Business opportunity, follow-up all that my uplines trained me to do. I managed some people to sign-up and few customers.

But bottom line with all my commitment, hard work and vision I wasn't any where near to making that kind of money I wanted.

I could see the vision, I believed it, I understood all a JOB can or can not do. I've built my Entrepreneurial Spirit but still my Business was not making that much money as a 9-5 regular job would do!

My understanding of Network Marketing was so clear that I couldn't leave it either (even though I wasn't earning Big checks). By reading this far you know at-least one thing about me & that is my unshakable commitment towards success.

And I am not a quitter- I said to myself. I hanged in there like this frog. I wasn't going to give up…

A Network Marketers Transition to
InterNETwork Marketer

Because of my Never Quit attitude and continuous lack of success I was more adamant than ever to find a new way to do Network Marketing. Meanwhile I've reached 2009 – my 4th year in Network Marketing career and still dabbling :(

I was searching online for a New Answer. Online world was a crazy place for me! Everyone was promising to make me successful! I never caught up in any "Get Rich Quick" scheme but it took a toll on my ability to trust. I couldn't find out anything to rely.

But as a stroke of luck I find out a practical course on Marketing Online using some free & low cost method. The training was very precise and compiled with click by click video tutorials. So I get into it right away. Yes! I started my online training as a Renegade Professional, many of you may already know about it.

Then I kept hearing about SBI! (Site Built It!) a Web Hosting company. Some Renegade Professionals were using SBI! from different industries. They're all so excited about it! I knew nothing about website building, HTML or other technical stuffs.

Building a website was way out of my reach……I thought. But here is a thing — I was using my MLM company's Replicated Website (a copy-cat website that a company provides to all of its Reps to keep things simple which Search Engines hate) and I wasn't getting enough response. I've even counted my result— it's so embarrassing.. You want to know..?

I've Got 9 Leads in 9 Months! Yes you read it right! So I decided to cancel my subscription and building my own website.

SBI! My Action Guide Came To Rescue ...

Decision was made but I was completely clueless as to how I gonna build my website. After many more visits to official SBI! site and repeated recommendations from my friends and colleagues I purchased my SBI! at the end of September,year 2009 and started working from October.

Not just a Domain or hosting, SBI! appeared to me as a full length University course. From choosing a Niche to Keyword research to selecting a perfect Domain Name, building Search Engine Optimized web page, SBI! guided me through every step of the way.

By the help of SBI! video action Guide I have build my web pages. There are still lot more works to go. But here is the good thing as of November 26, 2009 my website Why Aloe Vera? is getting visitors from 14 countries!

My First month October '09 I got 33 visitors with 135 page visits and this month I've got 75 visitors with 378 page visits. That's more than double! SBI! made it all Do-able for a Non-Techi person like me!

I already got a new customer who was pre-sold by my contents. That's the teaching of SBI!'s C->T->P->M-> process

Content-->Traffic-->Pre-sold -->Monetize

As I'll be building more valuable contents for You – my visitors I am confident to have more traffic to my site. I'll be delivering more value that can impact your life positively. As SBI! teaches many monetization strategies – like Affiliate Marketing, Google ads, referral income and so on I can have an Online business that actually makes money!

I'll be posting updates here on my website.

Recently some people called me 'Web Master'! When I think about me...I don't feel like that I am one. I've still lot more stuff to learn. But technically as I've built this website from scratch- I feel flattered when someone calls me Web Master! Rings a nice bell :)

I know I may have taken bit of your time in this About Me page but I tried to share my whole journey and introduce my self as elaborately as possible.

Now you know about me...hopefully you can feel my sincerity. I am not any guru or expert. I've just shared what's been working for me and if you choose it can work for you as well.
